Miss Black Illinois USA is the official preliminary to the Miss Black USA pageant. We are currently looking for young women ages 18-27 to represent their city/community for the 2013 title. The winner will receive a $2500 scholarship, prize package and all expense paid trip to the National pageant and much more!
